INVESTMENT IN SUCCESS
- Both parties are aligned and invested in only successful results & the agency guarantees qualified candidates within 6 weeks or the deposit is returned if they want to discontinue the search.
PAYMENT STRUCTURE
- 1/3 of the anticipated fee is due to initiate the job search
- 1/3 of the anticipated fee due after the first candidate is interviewed
- The remaining Balance is Due 14 days after the candidate's start date
